Mama Fuel stands behind our products with a 60-day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time purchases.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
Our refund policy applies to first-time product purchases only. Customers must use the product for at least two weeks from the shipment date to be eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. For orders containing multiples of the same product, please refer to our "Refunds on Multiples of the Same Product" policy for additional details.
Refunds on Multiples of the Same Product
If you purchase more than one of the same item, the Money-Back Guarantee will cover a refund for one of those items as long as the order is within 60 days (if you buy 2 or more pouches one will be refunded). Returns are not accepted for items, whether opened or unopened.
Clothing Returns
We do not accept returns on clothing or apparel unless the item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective clothing item, please contact support@mamafuel.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue for evaluation.
Not Eligible for Refunds
The following items are not eligible for refunds: Wholesale or resale orders, Discounted, discontinued, or rewards-based purchases, Gift card purchases, Personal care, supplement, or food items, unless covered under the Money-Back Guarantee
Returns & Refusals
Orders returned as undeliverable, refused at delivery, or otherwise returned without prior authorization will be eligible for a refund per policy, minus return shipping fees. Allow 2–4 weeks from receipt for processing
Quality-Related Concerns
If your product is damaged or defective, email contact@mamafuel.co with your order number and a description of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refund Timelines
Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. We cannot refund prepaid debit cards. Orders paid by money order or cashier’s check will be refunded by mailed check to the original billing name/address.
