Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on all orders within the United States.
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on which carrier offers the most efficient and cost-effective service for your location.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Transit Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Free Shipping Promotions

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping during special promotions. These offers will be clearly stated on our website and/or at checkout when available.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors to see if they accepted the package.

  2. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for more information.

  3. If your package cannot be located, please contact us at support@mamafuel.co within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@mamafuel.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because we work quickly to get your order shipped, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is placed. If you need to update your order, reach out to us as soon as possible at support@mamafuel.co and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
