The Story Behind Mama Fuel

We’re Keegan and Lucas — parents of three little ones and the co-founders of Mama Fuel.

The idea for Mama Fuel was born out of real parenthood. Our second baby had an brutal 4 month sleep regression. Keegan was up all night with him and chasing our toddler all day, constantly running on fumes.

Then came baby number three, and with pregnancy in full swing, it seemed impossible to find the time and energy to eat well, stay focused, and just feel human. As a mom, you know what I'm talking about.

We searched high and low for something to support energy, mental clarity, and nutritional needs that was safe, effective, and made for moms. We came up empty.

We formulated Mama Fuel specifically with the needs of motherhood in mind. We intentionally included premium, bioavailable ingredients like Methylfolate (safe for MTHFR), Ferrous Bisglycinate (gentle Iron), and B6—nutrients that are often critical during these stages.
